No pile on the kitchen table this year

Design your card, paste in your card list — last year’s is fine — and we do the rest: printing, envelopes, postage and every card into the post separately. You keep December for December.

This is how the card will look. Screen colours always differ a little from printed paper — order a sample card if you want to be sure.

Who gets a card?

Paste your list or upload your file — however messy. We turn it into addresses and you check them. Last year’s Christmas card list works fine.

Check and send

Once your addresses are in, the price appears here.

Vul eerst in naar wie de kaarten gaan.

Er wordt pas gedrukt nadat de betaling is gelukt. Ziet u na het bestellen een fout in uw kaart? Mail ons direct — zolang de order nog niet in productie is, draaien wij hem terug.

How it works

We never invent an address
If a postcode or house number is missing, we ask you. We never guess — a guessed address is a card that never arrives.
You see every address before you pay
Your list is read automatically, but you always see it as a table and can correct every line. Nothing is printed before you agree.
The card comes from you
Envelopes go out blank: no sender stamp, no printer’s logo. Whoever takes it from the letterbox sees your card and nothing of ours.
Out in good time
We print with priority and hand the cards to PostNL. Expect one to two working days within the Netherlands. December is busy at the post — order a week early rather than a day late.

Frequently asked questions

When should I send Christmas cards?

For delivery within the Netherlands before Christmas, mid-December is the practical limit — but December is PostNL’s busiest month. Order in late November or early December instead: a week early is no problem, a day late is.

Can I use last year’s Christmas card list?

Yes, and that is exactly what this is built for. Paste or upload the list as it is — an old spreadsheet, a Word document, a column from your address book. We turn it into addresses and you check them.

Can I send corporate Christmas cards?

Yes. Put the company name in the name field of your address list, with a contact person if you like. Envelopes go out blank, so there is no printer’s logo on them.

Do I need a print-ready design?

No. You can design your Christmas card here: pick a template, fill in the text and you see the result change as you type. If you already have a print-ready PDF from a designer, you can upload that instead.

How do I supply my address list?

Paste it, or upload an Excel or CSV file. It does not have to be tidy — a column from an old address book, a block of text from a document or a few lines typed by hand all work. We turn it into separate address fields and show you the result as a table you can correct.

What happens if an address is incomplete?

We flag it and ask you. We never complete an address ourselves, and never guess a postcode: a guessed address means a card that does not arrive, and you would only find out far too late. You cannot order until every flagged line has been filled in.

Who sends the cards — you or me?

We do. Each card is printed, put in an envelope, franked and handed to PostNL as a separate item addressed to that recipient. You do not stick, write or post anything.

Is your name on the envelope?

No. Envelopes go out blank: no sender stamp and no printer's logo. What the recipient opens comes from you.

How do I pay, and when are the cards printed?

By iDEAL or credit card, handled by Stripe. Nothing is printed until the payment succeeds. Spot a mistake straight after ordering? Email us — as long as a card is not on the press, we can hold it.

Can I see a card before the whole batch goes out?

Yes. Tick the sample card option and one extra card goes to your own address alongside the rest. If you want to see it before the others leave, place an order for just the sample card first.

Can you send abroad?

Yes. Put the country in your address list and we handle it. Delivery outside the Netherlands takes longer and costs more than domestic post.
